Asset Labels

It's An Asset Label Placed There By The Company Who Originally Owned It. Most Of The Label's Gone So I Don't Know Which One It Was. It'd Be Some Special Glue Used For That Purpose.
I've Tried The Common Solvents Such As Methanol And Turpentine Which Did Nothing.
Any Ideas?
